Young Artists Concert Series- Ignas Maknickas

Our 2024 Young Artists Concert Series continues on Wednesday 13 March. Ignas Maknickas, widely recognised as one of the most gifted of the emerging generation of concert pianists, will return to the Matthiesen Gallery with a programme including Schubert’s Sonata No. 21 in B-flat D.960. Composed a few months before his death, Schubert’s last sonata is a masterpiece of emotional expression beyond words.

Our concerts are by private invitation only but you are welcome to bring friends along. The gallery is an intimate space and seating is limited, so please book your tickets now or reserve seats in advance. 

Tickets are £30 (£15 for under 30s). Doors open at 6.40 pm, concert start 7.00 pm, drinks reception 8.15 – 8.45 pm, close 9.00 pm. 

The Matthiesen Gallery is located on the second floor at 7–8 Masons Yard, Duke Street, London SW1Y 6BU. Access is by stairs or lift with a WC at gallery level. There are four steps up from the pavement to the street door. Please let us know in advance if you require wheelchair access.
